Silcox Road Scheme – Middleford House Progress Report

Work is commencing on the Silcox Road Scheme for Bristol City Council. 

This is a major refurbishment scheme of three tower blocks with works comprising of:

- Insulated roofing systems
- Renewing of the existing external wall insulation (EWI)
- Fire protection works
- New windows 

Scaffolding is now complete on the first tower block - Middleford House - where roofing works have now commenced!

The scheme is being managed by SERS and its sister company RateAvon. 

Once completed the value of the works will be in excess of £7 million.
