September 2021 SERS secure new £7m project with Bristol City Council SERS have recently secured a £7million project for the Refurbishment & Replacement of the EWI system to Eccleston & Phoenix House in the Barton Hill area of the city for Bristol. Ecclestone and Pheonix is a high profile scheme to strip and replace with new External Wall Insulation. The scheme also includes a range of works to upgrade two large multi-storey tower blocks including roofing works, walkway and security Screens, floor coatings, curtain walling, windows and doors, enclosed balconies and metal fabrications.
