SERS secure a 2 year contract with Hafod HA

Hafod Housing Association Ltd (Hafod) is one of the leading providers of housing, care and support in South Wales.

Hafod have appointed SERS to carry out EWI and Roofing works at a site located in Thornhill, Cwmbran.

The works will include…

-Roof renewals
- Installation of EWI
- Rectifying existing EWI installations to provide additional coverage.

The site contains 132 properties, of which are a combination of Hafod owned, freeholders and leaseholders.

The project is estimated to run for 18 months - 2 years with estimated value of £1.8m.

The first phase of work to 55 properties will commence in September.
