Laurie Morris SERS Contract Manager has been involved on this scheme for the last twelve months says ‘ The new finish transforms the appearance of the blocks and gives a modern and long term maintenance free period’. Part of the works consisted of removing insulation and replacing with new Fire breaks around windows and balconies.
