Middleford House nearing completion for Bristol City Council

Scaffold is being removed revealing the new façade of Middleford House, which is part of major multi million recladding and roofing scheme at Silcox Road for Bristol City Council.

Laurie Morris SERS Contract Manager has been involved on this scheme for the last twelve months says ‘ The new finish transforms the appearance of the blocks and gives a modern and long term maintenance free period’.

Part of the works consisted of removing insulation and replacing with new Fire breaks around windows and balconies. The blocks in Silcox Road have also benefited from new windows, coloured render and insulated roof system.
