£100 raised for Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund

24th January 2014
We are pleased to have raised £100 for Lennox Children’s Cancer Charity through a competition held within SERS.

The 50/50 competition meant that half of the proceeds should go to the charity, with the other half being the prize. The competition was however won by one of our group directors, Lyndon Jones, who kindly gave his winnings to the charity allowing SERS to donate £100.

Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund aims to make a positive difference to the lives of children with cancer or leukaemia by offering practical, financial and emotional support to the whole family.

SERS has supported this charity before along with a whole list of others and hopes to support them further in the future.

In the next few weeks, SERS will be launching its community book for 2013. This new publication will demonstrate all of our societal donations and demonstrate our approach to corporate social responsibility.
